Ctrl+Enter copies. The input separator is detected per paste — tab-separated cells from Excel, a semicolon CSV or a Markdown table all work, and the output separator is yours to pick. Quoted fields stay intact, cells are re-quoted (or \|-escaped) when they contain the output separator, and ragged rows are filled up to the widest one.
